Decoy Peptides provides a business-to-business quotation, catalog, and order management platform for research-use peptides operated by Decoy Therapeutics Inc.. As part of that service, we offer optional SMS notifications for transactional events tied to your account activity, including:
- Quote-ready alerts when a request-for-quotation (RFQ) you submitted has been priced.
- Watchlist alerts when the list price of a catalog peptide you tagged changes.
- Order status events including shipment, tracking numbers, and Certificate of Analysis availability.
2. SMS Program Terms
Program name: Decoy Peptides Quote & Order Alerts.
Message frequency: Varies based on your active RFQs, watchlist subscriptions, and order events. Typical range is 1–10 messages per active transaction, with no recurring scheduled sends.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. Decoy Therapeutics Inc. does not charge a separate fee for SMS alerts.
Opt-out: Reply STOP (or STOP,STOPALL,UNSUBSCRIBE,CANCEL,END,QUIT) at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive any further messages from Decoy Peptides.

3. Eligibility and Account Use
The service is offered to life-science researchers, laboratory personnel, and procurement professionals acting in a business or institutional capacity. You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act on behalf of your institution or organization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) submit false or misleading RFQs, (b) use the SMS opt-in mechanism to subscribe a phone number you do not own or control, (c) reverse engineer or probe the service, or (d) use the service for any purpose prohibited by US export control, sanctions, or controlled-substance regulations.
5. Research-Use-Only Disclaimer
All peptides and related products referenced on this site are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and no content on this site constitutes medical, clinical, or diagnostic advice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Decoy Peptides name, logo, and site content are owned by Decoy Therapeutics Inc.. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECOY THERAPEUTICS INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR SMS PROGRAM.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at https://decoyleptides.com/terms.
